CNC Molds N Stuff
Those of you who make light wire spinner baits (like Willy Wacker light) where do they fail usually? . . . . .
mark poulson
I fish Revenge Spinnerbaits a lot, and their deep diver has a thin wire, and breaks more often. It always seems to break at the R bend, on the blade side, so I get the bait back, but lose the blades and blade arm.
smalljaw
All of the ones I ever saw are either broken at the "R" bend or at the head but the bend seems to break more often.
Jig Man
They always fail at the R for me.
Musky Glenn
I agree with everyone. Mine usually break at the R bend or twist in my case. Musky Glenn
RayburnGuy
Makes sense that is where the wire would break. The bend has already created stress in the wire at those points. Ben
