Skimpy Posted February 21, 2016 Author Report Share Posted February 21, 2016 Andy is really an amazing person the be around. Not sure if you noticed, but he is in a wheel chair. He was born with spina bifida. Ever since I meet him he doesn't let his chair stop him from doing anything. He seems to always be trying new things. When he asked me if I would show him how to make jigs I was excited to show him. He's actually a member in our bass fishing club !!!!! hes the type of person who will joke about him being in a chair. He says it helps people who might not know how to act or feel they will say something stupid or feel like they have to walk on egg shells around him.
