Make A Disc Sander Attachment For A Table Saw.

3 posts in this topic

If you do not have a disc sander, buy a 7" metal cutting blade that fits your Table saw and a 7" resin fiber sanding discs in various grits. It is a great way to add another tool to your shop if money or space are at a premium.

Just be sure the disc is attached really well.  Table saws spin very fast.

It hasn't been a problem so far. But a bushing is helpful for alignment. As for the resin fibre sanding disc itself - it is rated for a higher speed than the table saw.
