dlaery Posted September 1, 2016 Report Share Posted September 1, 2016 I have a discussion with a customer regularly about using aluminum for a spin cast mold to cast lead head jigs. I tell him it wouldn't work because it would flash, that you wouldn't be able to clamp it tight enough. Also the mold would get so hot. So, has anyone tried to make a spincast mold out of aluminum?
