Pure Action Baits Posted October 20, 2016 Report Share Posted October 20, 2016 I can't figure how to make the divided Pyrex cup I have tried 3 times now and can't get the metal cut right and can't get the JB weld right. Slammingjack Posted October 20, 2016 Report Share Posted October 20, 2016 (edited) Use the JB weld putty. Be careful not to get that black stuff all over your hands. Use some cardboard, cut it until it fits inside the cup. Use it as a template to cut the metal. Put the putty on both sides of the edge of the metal and press in place. Good luck. Dink Master Posted October 21, 2016 Report Share Posted October 21, 2016 Use cardboard to make a template, OR fill your Pyrex Cup with cooked plastic (new or remelts) let the plastic cool (hardened), pull the plastic out of the cup, cut in half. It is the very shiny reflective surface that causes problems in the microwave Sharp edge's tend to be what causes the arching. Good example is an injector tip. Won't spark.
