If you're going to make a business of lure making, find a local CPA who handles small businesses, and pay them to help you. BLT Posted November 25, 2016 Report Share Posted November 25, 2016 (edited) I did my EIN and excise tax numbers online if I remember right. State one also now that I think about it. The quarterly 720 form you can download online, type it in and print it out. Just make sure you get the updated one.
