is the watermellon also sensitive to reheating? i had some turn almost brownish. first shot nice, second ok, then went south. with the same kind of halo glitter burning also. is it glitter or colorant thats burning. ..350deg+

I had that problem, until I switched colors and glitter.  My watermelon/red looked brownish/orange.

Leonard at Baitjunkys suggested I try his color and glitter.  That solved the problem.

 Mark,

Does Leonard sell Halo glitter for this color I'm trying to make? Or were you just talking in general about his glitter?

I don't know if he sells Halo glitter.  I've only  bought regular colored glitter from him.

Why not give him a call and ask him?  He's good about getting back to people.

This colour doesn't use a holo glitter, it uses a violet iridescent glitter, I have only found it at Spike It (that actually works)

red glitter will bleed eventually, so that'll brown up your green baits.

That's the reason I originally started using Baitjunky's glitter.  I posted about my red glitter turning my watermelon/red flake into a brown/orange flake, and Leonard suggested I try his glitter.  Problem solved.
