Mr.t Posted February 22, 2017 Report Share Posted February 22, 2017 (edited) My brother in law sent me some of the shelts hair tail swimbaits to paint for him,I've painted 1 so far, I took it to a pond to see how it looked in the water,disappointed that it didn't swim ,it did have a slight random roll side to side but no tail movement. I put #2 mustad hooks front and back. Shouldnt this bait swim on a steady retrieve, or is it supposed to be twitched on slack line to get darting action? Or are they just junk!
