Tons of indentations/dimples/air bubbles

Recommended Posts

Yea i tried heating up the mold prior to pouring to about 160-170 and it did help out. Another thing I noticed was I did have some air bubbles in the plastisol but I remelted the one I was using last night. What's the best way to mix it without introducing air into the mix or how do I let it sit so the can come up to the top without it cooling down to much to where I can pour it anymore

thanks

I didn't. Honestly I don't even know how to do that or what that is. am I supposed to do something to the plastisol as well. I just shake the heck out of it and heat it up add color and flake and straight to the mold

You need to be easy when shaking  plastisol. To hard & to much can definitley cause bubbles in it.  Been there done that. These guys will help you figure it out for sure.
