Ferrulewax Posted August 4, 2018 Report Share Posted August 4, 2018 I am primarily a fly fisherman, but I also dabble in conventional tackle as well. I am looking for some type of wire leader or attachment that I can attach to the front of musky flies to emulate a musky bucktail/ Spinner. I am thinking something along the lines of the attached pictures. My primary concerns are the rig being castable, not rotating in the water and twisting my line, and also being able to actually spin the blades without moving it too fast. Does anyone have any ideas or pointers? I am wondering about blade sizes, shapes and configurations as well as the overall design and if it is even possible.
