How To Make This Color?

Recommended Posts

It is blue hi lite powder.  You add it to the plastic when heating and mixing. Also know as blue cloisone powder. Lurecraft has it there are various shades but it looks like blue neon powder. Not sure of the product #.

I've never done injections.  Only hand pours. And I don't know if you can air brush plastic. Its possible the tails are poured first. Then the dual color next? Not sure. Some injections are poured separately then glued together. Like hula grub skirts

This particular bait appears to have been made via production machine (3 colour machine) it will shoot the chartreuse tail, move a bar in the mold and shoot a laminate body (blue hilite / clear silver holo flake) all in one cycle. I would need to see a detailed pic of the nose and the join between the chartreuse tail and body to be 100% sure.

If you're looking to replicate that exact it is surely going to be time consuming.

That's basically Bass Assassins Opening Night with a Hot Chartreuse tail. For the back color use Hi-Lite Blue with a touch of black like a light smoke. That will make the Blue Hi-Lite pop and give the blue surface shine. Clear belly with Silver Holo string.
