Husky Posted November 20, 2004 Report Share Posted November 20, 2004 I'm a regular on the Hard Bait board, but no one there seems to know where I can get a VERY long shanked 8/0 or larger hook. I need the longest shank possible, something like XXX long (6 inches). It's for saltwater use. I know mustad used to make one with a nickle finish and a beak type barb. They need to be strong as they'll be used for Stripers and Big Blues. Can anyone here steer me in the right direction. I used to get them from Midland Tackle, but they're not around anymore.
