vishezfish
Hello my fellow lure makers!! Does anyone have any thoughts on making a lizard mold?? I was thinking of pushing the plastic into plaster.... But then I thought about the legs.... They are so thin... I don't really want to make a 2 part mold..If that would even work!!! Thank you all for your thoughts and IDEAS!!!... Dave VF
woodsac
If you're concerned about the size of the legs, you could always make them a little bigger with a dremel after the mold cures. Or you could put clay around them before you mold it?
vishezfish
Thats a cool Idea Woodsac... I'll keep that in mind..... I also thought of shooting the legs with a glue gun to give em more depth..... I will have to play around with em!! Thanks!
badfish03
Here is one I did, the master was made from sculpey clay. It can be poured with or without the legs. It kinda looks like a mosasaur from the Jurrasic age. Its 12" long the worms are 12 to 14 inches long. Robert
