Doubles vs.Treble hooks

I want to experiment with double hooks.I'am currently using 4x4x VMC trebles but the advantage with doubles is 1They don't require split rings or split ring pliers 2They snap on in seconds3 They can be positioned so the hooks point either down or up.Trouble is in Australia they don't exist.I thought I'd try the forum hoping someone may have come across them somewhere.

You can by vmc double hooks online. I know Stamina carries them, and I'm sure there are others if you look. And yes they are handy, I use them sometimes.

They make treble hooks also the you can slip on , the big thing they are used on is those blade baits , like sonars and silver minnows
