weighting foam baits?

How does weight effect the action of a foam bait? Sorry guys i am new to making hard baits.. Many thanks to Husky and Tally and everyone else for their tutorials and topics... THANKS!!!

It affects it just like weighting wood baits. It only takes
about 1/4 to 1/3 as much weight.

Thanks guys i made a couple with to much weight and was just woundering if it was the weight or the lip that killed the action? MANY THANKS.

You may need a larger lip on that(if it has too mutch weight). I intentionally made some sinking lures, that are really sinking. They go down just like led. At first did not think i would make them work, but i furtunately tryed a considerably larger lip, and it was al right.
Those weren't foamyes. They mere made out of wood.
