BassinBob Posted February 21, 2005 Report Share Posted February 21, 2005 Thought I'd share a little tip to you guys about mixing E-Tex or any other epoxy. Instead of buying those small plastic cups for mixing your epoxy in. Just do as I do and use the bottom of a coke can. I use a Diet Pepsi but I'd think that they are all the same. They are concave so the mixing is very easy and everything runs to the bottom. I mix 1/2 teaspoon of both resin and harderner and mist with a piece of #12 copper wire with a bend at the bottom. If you mix smooth there will be no air bubbles. If so let it stand of a minute or two and exhale your breath on the surface and the bubble will disappear. Good luck, BassinBob....
