I am pouring and painting my own jigs and recently tried some vinyl paint from Bass pro and was pleased with results..Does anyone know if the hobby stores like Michaels and Hobby Lobby carry the vinyl paint and if so, what name is it sold under...If they do not, where could I get it locally with out having to order and pay and wait on shipping or go to Bass Pro where they never have what I need..I live in Atlanta, Ga. if that helps..Thanks for everyones help...TRChad

I use "componet " chip proof vinyl jig paint. Most mom and Plaster of Paris type tackle shops have it in stock in the wrong colors but order it as needed . I think the web site is www.componetsystems.com but I'd have to look it up.they have a catalog and we do have alot of mail order companies that carry it if you want to buy it that way but then your talking $5 shipping also. Start with mail orders like JAN's or Stamina and a few dozen others. They all have them and most are by COMPONET.
