gertv
Does anybody know of a "water soluable putty" that you could inject into the mold cavity of a silicone mold. In the investment casting industry it is used as positives which are coated with a ceramic solution. Its kind of a cross between granual fertilizer and soap. Once dry, the putty is removed by keeping the mold in water for some hours to desolve the putty. The ceramic cavity is then all that is left and molten metals are casted into the ceramic shell. When cooled down the ceramic is chipped off and you have your casting. Gertv
