fishing nut
Just ordered 2 molds from bobs tackle show, they are the 2 zipper type worm models. I am having problems pouring the zipper parts of the worm how do you go about getting the plastic into each nook, i am relatively new at hand pours and love every bit of it. texasbass1
Make sure that your plastic is pouring thin. It needs to be about the same consistency of warm syrup. Pour slow and let the pockets fill. Are you pouring the curl tail or the split tail?

woodsac
That's the right advice. I pour a few different zipper style baits. The plastic should automatically fill the ribs. Try heating the plastic a little bit more. It doesn't hurt to warm up the mold as well
Mojo
I find the nooks will fill better when the mold warms up. Also, try to overpour a little, this also helps them to fill up easier.
Joe S.
Like posted above good pouring consistency and getting the mold nice and warm helps alot, I throw molds on the hot plate for a little while till it's almost hot to the touch then once pouring they stay warm enough from the plastic being poured into them.
