I spoke with Wenesco today and they are now producing a hot pot, namely their MPU2 model with stirrer that also has an optional digital temp control, with analog being standard, and a pressurized lid that needs to be hooked up to air pressure. There is a pouring hole so you don't need to remove the lid to add plastic. They calculate that at 15lbs pressure the pot will discharge 1oz per second. All yours with optional digital temp control for $2100.00 dollars. I left the comma out because it didn't seem as much money without the comma. As you can see I am starting already to rationalize the expense. They are shipping their first order for the pot next week. Hope we can get a report on how well it works.
