I am looking for any comments on this unit/brand, pros and cons. Never used an airbrush before. Probably use Createx, not sure how much air pressure is needed. Looking at a Paasche VL or an H model. finlander Posted October 5, 2005 Author Report Share Posted October 5, 2005 Almost 100 readers, I almost hit my quota......Is it more realistic to get a bigger tank, add a regulator and moisture trap, than buy a small one for $65 that will/might turn on alot because of a small tank??? It came with a moisture trap, no regulator, suppose to be 38psi (and probably is) but that is not working pressure. I'm guessing working pressure is somewhere between 15 and 20 p.s.i. and is barely adequate IMO. But I'm a beginner in the truest sense so what ever it's worth. I'm not painting a ton of stuff every week. It does run constantly but is fairly quiet so it doesn't bother me, plus as a said I'm not doing this everyday.
