I order mine from Laird Plastics. You can contact them at.....

I got a 4X8 ft. sheet cut into 2 ft. squares and delivered to me for less than $50.00. You will need .060 polycarbonate.

McMaster-Carr carries 1/16" polycarbonate. They have good prices and fast service, in my experience.

I would go to a glass shop get a sheet and make your own they have tutorials on the site to help it is very easy to do sometimes you just can't buy what you really need

I tried locally. One place wanted $77 for a 24x24" piece.
Other place wanted $250...can you believe that???? $250!!! Crazy!!!
Skeeter fixed me up with some and where to get it at a good price.

Anyone know what the stuff is called at Home Depot? I was there and wasn't able to identify the "lexan" for certain. Will it only say "polycarbonate"?

I got some at the local glass shop and then found it at Mcmaster Carr for about half the price.
