Hi guys, i have been lurking a while, gathering info on how to cast rubber.. great site, and there is alot of info here.

I have a question though...

ive been casting for a few weeks and have been having problems with bubbles. Im pouring MF saltwater plastic into a plaster mold that i have sprayed with clear lacquer spray to make it non porous and then i give it a quick squirt with Pam cooking spray as a release. the problem i keep having is that on my first few pours i get bubbles rising up to the surface. the last one i pour is usually o.k. but im pouring very cold by that point..

is the Pam giving me bubbles?? Am i doing this too hot?? Im stumped.
