Plastic-dip sealer question.

although i've not used it extensively it does have gap filling qaulities so you can probably get away with some imperfections in the finish

Get in touch with your fellow countryman Swede. He can hook you up with a great plastic for dipping.

Large gaps need to be filled prior to dipping. small scratches will be filled with the coating. So to answer no you do not need to wet sand your blank prior to dipping.

no need to wetsand prior to coating if it rises some grain the better it holds on to your wood & it evens out when you?re done with coating&ready to paint

thanks guys sounds good,i will have to give it a try.I make alot of gliders hopefully this will save me some time on the sanding.
