Question about lure craft molds

Recommended Posts

I have a few of lurecraft's molds and I think they are pretty good, especially for the price and selection. On the deep or intricate ones I found that you have to be a little carefull or you can rip the RTV.

The detail is good on newer ones, but I picked up a few used that the detail wasn't as good. The fish don't seem to care though.

I have over 200 LC molds and my only regret is that some of them are beginning to wear out. Salt has been the biggest destroyer, but after thousands (yes, thousands) of pours I can't complain. The cnc aluminum molds produce some beautiful baits and I will continue to phase out my LC molds with aluminum replacements, but only because I'm a perfectionist. As was previously stated. the fish don't seem to know the difference !!.
