i was wondering if i can make a mold of a crank and fill it with polyurethane foam.its a hard bouyant material that comes in two parts.and plus its inexpensive.i was thinking you can make the mold, pour the liquid, cut in half, add wire, and weight, put a lip on and paint and seal.this would be a low cost and fun way to make cranks.
any info or suggestions??????
thank you

Try searching foam or foamies in the archives. There'll be a ton of info on this subject. Good Luck
