I am working on my drying rack and I am trying to figure out what kind of clip to use to attach to a wooden dowel that will hold the lure. I have tried a couple but they were not strong enough so I was wondering what people are using or if anyone has any ideas.

Depends on the weight of the lure, are you drying 3 oz bucktails or 1/16 oz jig heads? I use the spring clamps from home depot for the heavy stuff screwed directly into a closet rod.I also have some alligator clips glued into 3/8 dowels to hold lighter lures.Any help?
