Use a small rotory bit and cut in a little at a time and intall the hooks to see if it will close. It took me about 30 min to do all the holes. I would allso be interested in some hair jigs for smallies. Tell us some info price, colors, sizes. I am going to attempt the mold surgery this weekend, cross your fingers for me. Riverrat Posted April 4, 2007 Author Report Share Posted April 4, 2007 To be honest I think the closer to the lead the hook eye is the better hook up ya have. It's alot to to with a confidence thing. A buddy of mine turned me on to that style with flipping jigs and I just like them better. If any one could ad to the advatages or disadvatges feel free.
