Riverrat
I have been looking around some gallerys and have some buddys on here that make musky and pike baits. I got an idea from seeing the big inline spinners they make. It looked like double and triple skirts on these baits, that dressed over trebles all the way down the bait. So I made one of my big bass spinnerbaits with a 1oz head # 7 gold willow flattened out. Flatten out the willow blade for thump. I know willow blades are not supposed to thump but go troll a Davy Davis and then talk to me. Trust me it works. Add a big white skirt and when I put the trailer hook on I attached a skirt to it also, now I have a massive bait. I used it in a pike tourny on champlain this weekend. Pike fishing was slow but that bait produced some massive largemouth. This is a big fish bait and it WORKS, give it a try. Thanks to my fellow ESOX anglers for the idea.
