crappiepro Posted August 15, 2007 Report Share Posted August 15, 2007 Hello just got off a local farm pond, and had to show someone a couple pictures I took of the first bass I had caught on a bait I had repainted. The picture is actually the second fish caught, the first one got off. The first was a crappie. The second one held on, and let me snap a shot of it, and put it back. bassmaster1974 Posted August 15, 2007 Report Share Posted August 15, 2007 One of my 1st tournament wins came many years ago on the 1st crankbait I ever painted.It was a great feeling.That is still the ugliest DD22 I have in my box,but It was my first and it is always fun to look at my baits today vs the 1st one.Congrats on the bass! My best friend was with me...at the time.. He never wants my good work.. He wants me to paint his baits to look like the JUNK lure I painted.. Why!!! Because that little sucker catches fish like crazy!! He could careless what it looks like.. Nice FISH CRAPPIE PRO!!! That's a big Crappie for sure!!
