Does anyone have a source for stainless wire (hard tempered) that is .060 to .090 ? Longer than 12" lengths.

I use .062 or .093 304 Stainless TIG wire. It comes in 36 inch lengths and is available at any welding supply store.
McMaster also offers stainless up to .062 in 24 inch lengths. They also offer SS wire from .009 to .162 in coils.

Stamina has 18" pre straightened pieces of .062. Actually comes out cheaper than buying a roll of .062 per foot, but you have a little more waste.
Sure beats straightening them yourself though!

It comes in various hardness. I used 308L .045 from the local welding shop.
Forming it is very easy. Ask the store person which one is the "softest."
$10 an LB for 36" lengths. I Love the stuff!
