Popcorn Salt. Finding it is my issue so far. I found 2 very small containers at Wal-mart, but after 2 pouring sessions am almost out.

How many 5.25 stick do you guys package, and what do you charge for them? I know that everyone has different costs for certain materials so I know it can vary. I have not been pouring long enough to calculate my supply usage per x amount of baits, but I do have people asking how much I sell them for. I was not planning on selling any yet, but figured if people were interested I might as well. Any suggestions on amount to package and pricing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for all of your help.

I believe the sprue is only hollow partially. it has been a couple nights since I have shot any. I have a medium/large injector that my father made for me (same design as those you can purchase). It is a bears mold. I heated my plastic until it ran like a thin syrup and then I nuked it for like 20 more seconds, so I feel that the plastic is hot enough. I thought that it might just be something I have to figure out on my own. Any more suggestions apprecitated. Thanks.

Alright, I have done my research and have not found the solution yet. I am getting dents every time I inject my stick mold. It is a 5 cavity 5.25" mold. It is not from demolding to soon as I have waited up to 10 mins to demold still have dents. I have varied my injection speed from fast to so slow the injector clogged. How long should the injection process take? (from the time the injector is place in the mold, til the mold is full). I am using a 1/3 cup of salt for 1 cup of plastic. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is a side port injection. Also the dents are usually close to the middle of the baits.
