  1. I automatically thought fishing hooks, and internal wire harness set ups.
  2. Found this yesterday while I was on a internet search brainstorm. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1638882643/diwire-the-first-desktop-wire-bender
  3. What type of plastic do they use? How's it different?
  4. I always thought it would be a good idea to have a rotating member only advertisement bar that was free to members after being member for so many months or years and being a active contributor every so often. There are a lot of great lure makers and lures on here and sometimes it's hard to discover them and thier lures. Not to mention this would increase traffic flow and increase the number of post.
  5. Mark I was never a fan of that set up. Great for less weeds, but poor hook up connection. The fish has to directly attack the lure from behind, taking the away side attacks and even slaps. Do me a favor and take that same sebile setup and use one of the options I posted and let me know. I’m hoping that there is no difference between option A and B. Since option B would get less snags and weeds.
  6. Hey Guys I was searching the internet looking for weedless options for hard baits and I came acrcoss these. I was wondering if any of you had any input on this set up or more importanlty has any tried? I know the best way is trial and error and that I need to try it myself, but was hoping to start here. Any type of lures or fish it would or wouldn't work on? Thanks Jason
  7. Hey Guys As of lately I've been focused on hybrid lures hard bodied lures with soft plastic appendages, tails and fins. My main issue is trying to get both types of plastic's color/paint to match up and be the same tone and shade. Any ideas, products, or tips? I undertsnad this may not be real important, but I'm a attention to deatil guy.

  9. Hi my name is Jason, and I also can not stop making lures...... Yes, I can build a better mouse trap.
  10. My goal is to make the bait weedless as possible.
  11. BOB, Do you have any pictures of the frog with ridges rigged up and hooked? I look in the gallery without any luck.
  12. Well, my idea is a creature style bait with a thickness of 1/2" or so. I wanted to create a thicker bait in order to create a high bouncy, floating lure by adding micro balloons. I thought a hook slot would give me better hook up percentage due to the thickness of the bait and the stiffness of plastisol combined with microballoons. I was also thinking the baits would last longer if I didn't have to skin hook or have a tucking point in the bait.
  13. Hey Guys I'm working on a new soft plastic lure design. I was wonder what your thoughts on hook slots in your soft plastic baits. Yay or Nay? Should the slot be on top or bottom, or both? Any advantages or disavantages?
  14. Great videos! Any video of the casting/injection and demolding of the lures and materials.????
