To bad beer and boats don't go better together. I saw on a St. Louis news station where the Missouri Governor just signed into law a lower blood/alcohol level for boaters... I didn't hear when it goes into effect or what it's going to be. I wonder if you'd have to alcohol breath analyzers installed on your boat after a drunk boating conviction?
