I hear ya. But what Hawnjigs was talking about when he started this thread was about those
who fail to respond with a simple "thanks!"
This thread isn't about how we should help those with questions, it's about how they should help themselves by perhaps showing a tiny bit of common courtesy when they receive an answer to their questions.
I think we all have to agree that simply saying "
thanks!" is soooooooo easy that even the most 'un-zen' of us should be easily able to meet such a standard.
If it seems base of me to
expect a simple "thank you" for my assistance, well, blame it on my parents. They taught
me to always say thanks. Just sayin....
