Weird reaction with laminate pour

Tried pouring some swimbaits wiht tails and laminates, everything going good (see Pic on left) then I got this!?!?!(pic on right)

Bottom color kinda bubbled up through the top, actually kind of cool looking maybe in more tranparent color, anyway , this means I am not waiting long enough between colors right? Practice and consistency right?
