The treble is a little messy and the excessive bulk on it is unneeded, but otherwise nice job. I can't tell how you tied the material on the treble on, but this is how you could clean it up. Get some glow in the dark flashabou or some other glowing material. Use thread to wrap around the hook like you're tying a fly or jig, try to keep the layer of thread to one wrap around the hook shank. This will clean up your treble and make the hook-up rate of it much better.
