I have been pouring plastics for some time, nothing major just jig trailers and worms. I pour my own jig heads and weights also. I recently got the idea to start pouring swimbaits and ran across this site. Now my ego has been bruised, you guys have some serious works of art posted on this site, I am extremely impressed

I hope I can contribute in the future but for now I think I will absorb everything possible off this site.
I do have a first question though. I see a lot of people make their own molds from POP and not many that use fiberglass resin. I realize the price is a little higher but for me the resin has worked excellent. Is there something I am missing or is this just a prefence thing?
