When I first started I used calhoun but I soon gave it up because the oder gave me migrains. It wasent untill a buddy turned me on to Lurecraft that I picked it backup. A side from that I still perfer Lurecraft because of the diffrent formulas which make it easy to use. I use 536 for sticks, grubs and our bigger worms, 502 for brush hogs, zippers and smaller finnes worms. The only softner needed is for sticks.
