How to turn off ActiveX
- Under the Windows Start menu, select the Settings | Control Panel
- Double-click on the Internet icon i.
- Select the Security tab
- Make sure that the Internet zone is selected.
- Select the Custom level option for the Internet zone.
- Push the Settings button for the Custom level.
that should get you to where you need to make changes.
