Ok, now that I have that out of the way, it totally depends on what you want in the tool along with the resources that are available to you. Then again, if you want to do it the easy way, go to FishingSkirts.com, Better Product Better Price he has a couple at a reasonable price that may interest you beyond tryiing to make your own.
