Howdy folks
My name is Brian I'm from Virginia. Been tying flies for about 10 years, been casting molds and pouring worms roughly as long (not nearly as good as what I see here). I'm going to be getting into crappie jigs this week and retire my trout jig endeavor for a spell. I've been working out new hybrid jigs and models on paper and in CAD, well, not so good in CAD. I've also been working on new small mouth flies, got some new cone heads coming this week as well to help transition the smallmouth fly into something more productive for 6wt+ fly rods. I build rods, tie flies, make soft plastics and jigs.
So if I had to sum up my work I'd say I'm pretty good at taking a good idea and making it better, and once in rare while I invent something new. I look forward to sharing with you folks here and learning in the process.
Welcome Brian
