You are right about the beautiful country and the fishing and hunting is great, but it is a legitimate 6 months of winter....that part sucks....When I first moved here, I couldn't figure out why everybody went ga ga over summer now I know why.... there is hardly any summer...lol

In your sister state to the west of Lake Michigan, we used to claim only two seasons; winter and Road Construction! When you live in a part of the country where your mother says you can't go swimming until the water warms up to at least 68F, you know summer is too short.
