Going to Lake of the Woods, Tips?

Hey everyone, I'll be heading off to Lake of the Woods for some ice fishing this Thursday. We'll mostly be targeting 'eyes but I'll catch anything I can. Any tips for LotW??

Thanks.

What part? LOTW is pretty big, and the bite will vary by location.

Most of the time, gold rattle buckshots tipped with a head (or tail if it's a good bite) will work.

We're going to Sportman's Lodge, so whatever part that's on. I'm unsure of the exact place because it'll be my first at LotW.

Southern end of the lake, but northern part of Minnesota. Sorry, I'm not familiar with that part, but I stand by my recommendation. They'll have more info for you at the resort. They are a popular destination.

Yeah, we're going with the males in my family, they'll be ten of use, it should be lots of fun. Thanks for the info.
