Anybody got any tips for Lake Eufaula, taking a trip in late may,early june
if any body has any.
places, baits, colors? staying at the north end  |

You realize there are at least 2 Lake Eufaula's; one in Alabama and the other in Oklahoma. Do you have one in mind or are you waiting to see which one comes back with the best fishing report? That may not be the worst way to decide.

Hi
Last reports I had from Eufaula was that they were in the shallows rady for bedding ... Are you staying at the state park ? (North of Eufaula) If so I have caught many good bass out of the creek this time of the year... under the bridge and first little branch to the right .. Spinner Baits and Top Water if they are on the bed your usual plastics (same as you would use on Talquin or Seminole) ... Another Good spot this time of the year in that area is go out to the river and turn back to the left .. I think they call it Game Warden Slough ... My old buddy that has a trailer up on the Georgia Side does not have E Mail or we could find out a few things.
