First Crank Bait

First things first. Thanks Skeeter, Coley and everyone at TU. All of the answers are here on this site and the search feature takes you where you want to go. For the questions not answered, thanks to Skeeter and Coley for all of my aggrevating questions that you gave answers to.
This is my first Crank and is not 100% complete as I am in the process of making a drying wheel so I can top-coat. For the newbies like me, you can make crank baits and you will make mistakes. Just make sure you learn from the mistakes made and ask questions if the search feature doesn't help you. There is a ton of information on this site and a fantastic group of people that I am glad to be a part of. Thanks everyone for the help.

Very, Very nice Tally. You are on your way. Keep on making them and putting them on the site. You are more than welcome for the help. That is what the site is all about and what we are here for.

Very nice and clean. I love the eye. Skeeter and I remember when Coley posted his first. Now he's teaching others (and does a good job giving them good information too I might add). Keep at it and you'll be giving me and Skeet tips.

Thanks for the compliments!! People are amazed that the lure started out of a block of wood and that I actually made and painted it. I make a lot of jigs, spinerbaits and buzzbaits, but cranks are by far the most fun. There's only so much you can do with wire baits but with cranks the imagination is endless. I used rattle beads for the eyes and they turned out better than anticipated. Skeeter- thanks for getting me started, but winter time is not the best time to test baits. Brrrrrrr!
Thanks again-
Tally
