Re: Gave painting a try...

I have nerve damage in my spinal cord, caused by a virus that attacked the mylin sheath around the spinal cord. It happened twenty five years ago, when I inhaled some vapors on the job that lowered the blood brain barrier and let a virus that was already in my blood stream, but harmless, pass into my brain and spinal cord.
The virus died out after a couple of weeks, and the numbness it caused slowly disappeared. The only residual symptoms I had left was numbness in my hands, not a good thing for a carpenter. If I put my hand in my pocket, I couldn't tell the difference between a dime and a quarter.
But, even though I still have a "glow" all the time, I've slowly regained my feel. Nerves do regenerate.
So good luck, and fingers crossed.

Nice paint job!.. OK..I am a little weird but the cb50 has a hole in the lip? I have seen this a while back in Japanese Re-do's but I think everybody came to the concensus that it did not make any difference. Hard to beleive LC would have a mould like that.

Re: Gave painting a try...

Thanks fellas. The clearcoat adds amazing clarity to your paint, and apparently I should have waited until I cleared it before I posted a pic...I think it looks better (same bait along with another one).

Yes, a very good job. Clear coat does make a difference doesn't it?

NAT - Very 'Brazilian', if you will pardon the expression. It seems that different parts of the lure making world, have a distinct difference in color preference (here it's fluro). There is a guy in Brazil (Kazan) who uses these very light hues, beautiful lures (in my humble opinion), as are yours , keep at it. pete
