which is better to use for shallow (1-6ft) running cranks, 1/16 or 1/8 lexan for the lip.

Lure envy
Eg: This is one of my smaller hand carved basswood crankbaits. It requires a 1/4 thick lexan diving bill. I call it the pinky shad.
Think proportion.

1/16 Lexan is all you need for any crankbait made for bass, shallow or deep.
