SPRAYING ENVIROTEX ?

Has anyone tried spraying envirotex through the airbrush with much success? If so what do you thin with? Do you need to sand in between coats etc? Thanks in advance. JIM

Don't waste your time and effort spraying this. The key to a successful topcoat is a high build. Brush on one coat and rotate for 2 to 3 hrs. and thats it. Beleive me thats all there is to a final coating my friend.

Hi,
I have been spraying it for so long, it was not called lite back then.
Very tricky and time sensitive to work with.
The way I do it it sets almost to fast, as fast as it hits the lures, working time is short, and if to thin the finsh will be brittle.
You will need to do a few coats, because it goes on thin.
For most guys I would say brushing is the way to go.

A Tip for you guys.

Stir well, let It start to set up (reacting not harden), then thin with Laqcor thinner, about 20-25 %.
Then brush on quickly, It will stick and set in place much faster.
