Terry, that rogue is actually simple. Base coat of pearl white then overspray with transparent turquiose. I have found that using transparent colors over pearl white causes an iridescent glow to the top color. Also, lightly spraying transparent colors over flat white gives a color shift effect.
Those are all fantastic looking baits! I've only made a few handmade baits, and mostly just paint and repaint lures, and I have to say that those are way cool. Are you using Createx paints? Any tips on how to get the blue tiger look? Thanks and keep up the outstanding work...
The blue tiger is yellow gold base (home mixed, don't ask the ratios because I just mix until it looks right [scientific]) and pearl blue back and stripes. I have a stencil I made for the stripes. A little splash of bright red on the throat also.
